These Terms apply to your use of SyncMate, including our website, software, AI tools, automations and related services.

By using SyncMate, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our service
SyncMate provides AI-powered tools and automation to help Australian businesses manage customer enquiries, bookings, follow-ups, administration and other day-to-day business tasks.
SyncMate is a technology service. You remain responsible for your business, customers, employees, pricing, decisions and any actions taken through the platform.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account information and login details secure and for ensuring that anyone using your account follows these Terms.
Please provide accurate information and let us know if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
3. AI & automation
SyncMate uses AI and automation to assist with business tasks.
AI-generated information or automated actions may occasionally contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing important information and ensuring that automated workflows are configured appropriately for your business.
SyncMate does not provide legal, financial, medical, trade or other professional advice.
4. Your data
You retain ownership of the business and customer information you provide to SyncMate.
We only use this information as reasonably necessary to provide, operate, secure and improve the SyncMate service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to provide information to SyncMate and to use it through our services.
5. Third-party services
SyncMate may connect with services such as Google, Microsoft, Meta, payment providers, accounting platforms and other third-party services.
These services are controlled by their respective providers. We are not responsible for outages, changes or failures caused by third-party services.
6. Payments & cancellation
Your subscription price and billing terms are shown when you sign up.
Unless otherwise agreed, SyncMate subscriptions are month-to-month and you can cancel at any time through your account.
Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Fees already paid are generally non-refundable, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use SyncMate for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or malicious activities, attempt to compromise the platform, or use the service to infringe another person’s rights.
We may suspend access where necessary to protect SyncMate, our customers or others.
8. Service availability
We work hard to keep SyncMate reliable and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
SyncMate may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party services or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
9. Intellectual property
SyncMate and its underlying software, technology, designs, workflows and branding remain our property.
You receive a licence to use SyncMate for your business while your subscription is active.
You retain ownership of your own business data and content.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SyncMate is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, including loss of revenue, profits or business opportunities.
Our total liability will generally be limited to the fees you paid to SyncMate during the previous 12 months.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms or our services from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
12. Australian law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
