LandMark(by TRC) IN PERTH

Perth is two to three hours behind the east coast. Your reviews shouldn’t be.

Most national services run on Sydney time: replies go out at 9am AEST, which is 6am here, and posts land while your customers are asleep. LandMark sets your whole month to AWST — when reviews get answered, when posts publish, when holiday hours change. The six inclusions are the same as everywhere; the clock is yours.

01 — PERTH

What’s different about being found in Perth

Relevance, distance and prominence run on details you control. In Perth, three of those details are about time, distance and weather.

The monthly checklist is the same in every city. The entries on it are not.

No daylight saving, and a long way from Sydney.

Perth stays on AWST all year; the east coast moves twice. That gap is where national templates fail: a review left at 5pm here waits until the next east-coast morning, and a “Christmas hours” post scheduled for 8am AEDT arrives at 5am. We answer within 24 hours in your hours and publish when Perth is awake.

Perth searches north or south of the river, then by corridor.

Nobody in Rockingham calls a plumber from Joondalup. People search by side of the river, then by their patch: the northern corridor out to Yanchep, the southern to Mandurah, the Hills, the western suburbs, Fremantle, Midland. Perth’s service areas are long — a tradie who covers Wanneroo to Two Rocks needs a profile that says so without claiming the whole metro.

Perth has its own calendar.

Western Australia Day in June and a King’s Birthday in late September the eastern states don’t share, plus a Labour Day in March. The winter sprinkler switch-off shapes what reticulation businesses are asked; summer heat drives air-conditioning from October; storm season drives roofing and electrical callouts.

Your licence, worded the way WA words it.

Building, plumbing and electrical licensing sits with Building and Energy and its licensing boards, and there’s a public online search a customer or an AI assistant can use to check you. We put the right licence on your profile and link it so that check takes one click.

02 — EVERY MONTH

What LandMark(by TRC) does for a Perth business every month.

The same six inclusions as every city — $150 a month inc GST, no lock-in, and you own every account.

Full detail on each one is on the What LandMark(by TRC) does page. This page is about how they land in Perth.

Listings on Google, Bing and Apple.

Claimed, verified, matched to the character, WA holiday hours set, duplicates removed. Apple Maps earns its keep in a city where almost every job starts with a drive.

Google Business Profile.

Categories chosen as Perth searches, plain-English services, fresh job photos, and Q&A seeded with what Perth callers ask — “do you come south of the river?”, “do you service Mandurah?”

A website AI assistants can read.

Ask ChatGPT “who’s a good electrician in Joondalup” and it has to find, read and trust your facts — including your hours in AWST and your WA licence.

Reviews, replies and Ask a Review.

One tap after each job; a reply to every review within 24 hours Perth time, in your voice. Perth clinics: we manage your Google reviews but never place testimonials on your own site — AHPRA’s rules prohibit it.

Social profiles.

A recommendation in Perth usually starts in a suburb Facebook group. Whatever page that sends someone to has to match the profile they check next, so all three are completed together and kept in step with Google.

Google Posts.

Four a month on Perth time: a job photo with two lines, a seasonal note (aircon before summer, retic before the switch-off, storm-season checks), an offer, and a what-to-expect reminder.

03 — PROOF

A Perth business, once one is live.

We could fill this with a stock photo and a made-up quote. We won’t. This block stays empty until a Perth client is live and has agreed to be named.

In the meantime, here is the work in full on a business you can go and check for yourself.

Proof slot — Perth

Published only when a Perth client is live and has agreed to be named: business, suburb and trade; what we found; what we did in the first 90 days; what changed; the owner’s own words.

04 — WHO IT’S FOR

Who this is for in Perth.

Plumbers, electricians, air-conditioning installers, reticulation and landscaping businesses, roofers, builders and other licensed trades; solicitors, conveyancers and small law firms; physios, dentists, GPs and allied-health clinics; salons, mechanics, vets, IT and repair shops. Including businesses whose customers work shifts or FIFO swings and search at odd hours.

Not for you if

You’re online-only, or you want a promised map position. Nobody can promise that, and we won’t.

05 — THREE QUESTIONS

What Perth businesses ask us.

You’re in Sydney. How does that work with the time difference?

It works because we plan for it. Your review replies, posts and hours run on AWST. Our support hours are published in both zones, and onboarding calls are booked in Perth time. If anything the gap helps: a review left late in your evening is answered before your customers wake up.

Do I need a page for each corridor I cover?

Usually not. Google’s spam policy calls out pages made for area after area that funnel to the same place. If you genuinely work the northern corridor and can show it with jobs and local reviews, one area page with real proof can make sense. Otherwise a clear, honest service area does the job.

Should my service area say “all of Perth”?

Only if you’ll take a job anywhere in it. Perth is a long city. Overstating your area gets you calls you’ll decline and reviews you don’t want. We set it to where you actually go.
